This policy explains how DLE Enterprises, Inc. ("DLE," "we," or "us") handles information submitted through dlehvac.com, including service requests and the customer invoice portal.
Information we receive
- Service requests: your name, phone number, optional email address, property city or ZIP code, requested service, the details you provide, and your permission for DLE to contact you.
- Google sign-in: when you choose Google sign-in, Google may provide your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier. DLE never receives your Google password.
- Invoices: invoice numbers, service descriptions, balances, payment status, reminder information, and receipt links associated with a DLE customer account.
- Technical and security information: hosting, authentication, and fraud-prevention providers may process device, browser, IP address, and security signals needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to service requests, communicate about scheduling, provide HVAC services, authenticate portal users, display invoices and receipts, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. A Google sign-in is linked to a customer account only after DLE separately verifies that relationship. We do not automatically grant invoice access based only on an email match.
Payments and service providers
Online invoice payments are processed by Square. DLE's website does not receive or store your full payment card number or online banking credentials. We use providers such as Google and Firebase for hosting, authentication, and application security; Square for invoices and payments; Cloudflare for form-abuse protection; and Resend for delivery of service-request email. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and as needed to provide their services.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information to service providers that help us run the website and business, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law or necessary to protect customers, DLE, or others. We keep information only as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, legal, security, and business-record purposes. Provider-controlled records may follow the provider's own retention schedule.
Your choices
You may request an invoice directly from DLE instead of using Google sign-in. You may also ask us to correct or delete information we control, subject to records we must retain for legal or business purposes. The site is not directed to children under 13.
